All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).


SHIPPING:

What are you current shipping promos?

We’re currently offering FREE local delivery for select Toronto customers within our designated delivery area. The delivery area covers any address within a 15 km radius of Toronto's city centre. If you’re eligible for this option, you’ll be able to select it after entering your postal code at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are clearly provided.

For Canadian and US customers, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 CAD will be applied to all orders under $100. Any order over $100 will ship for FREE.

For all International customers, shipping will be calculated upon checkout.

What determines the shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary based on the weight, size, and shape of the products that you're purchasing, the destination address of the order, and a variety of other factors. We don’t come up with the shipping prices, our carriers do.

In order to keep our prices as approachable as possible for YOU, we’re unable to absorb the shipping costs.

Please remember that CLAY + QUARTZ is a small business and cannot afford to offer the same grossly reduced shipping rates that many of the “big box” retailers can offer. We truly thank you for your patronage and for your support of our little dream! It means the world to us.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped to me?

In most cases, your orders will be dispatched 5 to 7 days after your order is placed. While we make every effort to ship all orders within 15 days, processing delays outside of our control may occur and unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantees on shipping dates.

Typically, orders within Canada are delivered 5 to 7 days after shipping. Orders within the US take between 15 and 18 days to arrive. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

Who pays the taxes & duties?

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges may be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you’re ordering from outside of Canada, your order may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and our store will not reimburse you for these charges.

Can I change my shipping address?  

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, order processing begins immediately and there may be instances where a shipping label has already been created and/or purchased and, therefore, cannot be changed.

When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery.

If the address information that is provided for your order is not valid, our carriers might be unable to deliver your package and we will not refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges.

It looks like there are shipping delays…

Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or, our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labour disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.

Shipping refunds may not be given if an incorrect delivery address was provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.

ORDERS:

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel and refund an order as long as it has not shipped. Once the order has shipped, all items are final sale. Please reach out to us HERE if you would like to cancel your order and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products purchased from CLAY + QUARTZ. All items are FINAL SALE.

I’ve noticed some variances in the products I ordered?

Please note that products may vary slightly in colour and/or size due to lighting conditions, photographic equipment, and/or the device used to view the images. Where possible, the measurements and specifications of products are disclosed in the product descriptions. 

Please allow some variance from the pictures provided and understand that no two stones are ever alike (just like us!). Many stones have naturally incurring inclusions and cracks that are natural to their form. We also do our best to ensure that all of our stones have been energetically cleared and are packaged with care and love.

Although rare, if you receive a damaged or effective item please get in touch with us HERE. We will always do our best to make things right and let you know the next steps for a replacement.
